A hairy winter picture!

"Scratchy" is the very first Flitterpated foal and the only still left for sale this year. We sure are very pleased with this Flitterpated x San Peppy Drift cross!

Scratchy is very friendly and good minded. His friendliness makes it hard to get good pictures of him! He has shed out a very flashy dark bay color. This colt has a lot of speed, athletic ability and likes to show off.

 His sire is 15.2 and his dam is 14.2 It looks like he is going to be a bigger horse like his sire, Flitterpated. His dam, Miss Sensuous Drift was placing in ranch horse competition before a bad wire cut ended her career. She is a very quick, gutsy mare. She was very easy to train and has a great disposition. She is a daughter of our good sr. stallion, San Peppy Drift and is out of a proven barrel and roping daughter of World Champion Win or Lose 2. She also has 3 crosses to Driftwood.

Flitterpated will continue on with his training. A serious respiratory infection delayed him this winter/spring. He is a great minded, athletic horse that shows a lot of promise. Flitterpated's dam is a multiple AAA producer and a probable double copy X Factor mare.
